Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Meet the Irvine Team Behind DryMark Restoration Irvine
Every crew that rolls out of our Irvine warehouse shares one habit: we talk about the job in numbers before we talk about feelings. Moisture content, vapor pressure differential, square footage of affected Class 4 materials - these are the facts that keep your claim from stalling in an adjuster’s queue. Our team lives in Orange County, works here, and understands why a water loss in Turtle Rock behaves differently from one in Northwood when the Santa Ana winds are blowing.
Our People
Alicia Brennan, Owner & Founder
I started DryMark Restoration Irvine in 2011 after eight years as a claims adjuster, and I built this company around a single frustration: homeowners losing legitimate coverage because the documentation didn’t exist. I wrote The Haven Standard so that frustration would stop happening on our jobs. I still review every written scope before it goes to a customer, and I still catch crew members trying to describe a wall as “pretty wet” instead of “97 percent relative humidity - not ideal, and here’s what that costs you if you wait a week to call.” I live in Irvine with my family. My cell number is on every job file, and it actually rings.
Marcus T., Lead Water Technician
Marcus has been running mitigation crews since 2016, and he’s certified in Applied Structural Drying through the IICRC. His specialty is psychrometric data logging - the daily temperature, relative humidity, and specific humidity readings that turn drying invoices into payable claims. He grew up in Santa Ana and knows which Irvine subdivisions built in the 1970s have the polybutylene plumbing that fails catastrophically. Off the job, he restores vintage motorcycles and applies the same documentation habit: every part photographed, every torque spec written down. Customers remember him because he explains why the air mover stays pointed at the baseboard for 72 hours, not just that it does.
Elena R., Senior Installer & Reconstruction Lead
Elena handles the rebuild phase after mitigation wraps, and she’s the reason our 365-Day Done Right Promise rarely gets invoked. She came to us from commercial finish carpentry in 2019, bringing a tolerance for millimeter-level precision that shows in every drywall seam and tile layout. Her reconstruction scopes specify manufacturer and product line - not “paint the bedroom” but “two coats Benjamin Moore Regal, Maritime White, on 340 square feet of repaired drywall.” She lives in Lake Forest, commutes with a truck full of moisture meters she calibrates herself, and will notice if your baseboard was originally 3.25-inch colonial and the previous contractor swapped in 2.75-inch without telling you.
David K., Service Coordinator
David answers the phones you call at 2 a.m. when water is coming through your ceiling in Woodbridge. He’s been with us since 2020, and he’s the person who confirms your address, dispatches the crew, and starts the photo-documentation chain before anyone arrives. He’s not a technician, which is the point: his full attention is on getting the right people moving with the right equipment, not on trying to diagnose your loss over the phone. He tracks every call in our system, knows which insurance carriers require pre-authorization for tertiary drying, and will stay on the line while you shut off your main water valve if you don’t know where it is. He was born in Irvine and still points out the elementary school he attended when drives take him past it.
Jin P., Apprentice Technician
Jin joined us in 2023 after completing the restoration technology program at a local trade school, and he’s working toward his IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification this year. Right now he shadowed Marcus on every Class 3 water loss, learning to set up Injectidry hardwood floor drying systems and document the vapor pressure differential that proves the system is working. He asks more questions than any apprentice we’ve had, which means he’s also catching details others miss. He grew up in a family that ran a dry cleaning business in Garden Grove, so he understood fabric and material classification before he understood moisture content. He’s the one who noticed last month that a customer’s “clean” carpet pad was still reading 18 percent moisture content three days after another company had declared the job dry.
One Standard, Every Job

DryMark Restoration Irvine operates under The Haven Standard, the same documentation and pricing protocol that governs every independently owned and operated location in our network. That means Haven Standard, Clause 1: a written price before any work starts, delivered to you before a technician touches your property. It means a documented photo record on every visit, included as standard, never sold as an upgrade. It means the 365-Day Done Right Promise, signed and stamped on every job file, not mentioned verbally and forgotten. Our crew members are background-checked, uniformed, and named on your paperwork. The equipment we deploy - Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry systems - is logged by serial number and documented to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards. When you call (657) 212-2570, a live person answers. No voicemail tree. No callback tomorrow while water keeps moving through your subfloor.
